Our Origins
FAB ENGINEERING was born in 2019 not as foresighted plan, but from a need to survive after a bitter experience of losing a job.
With 38 years of engineering experience under his belt, Andrew Khonje went on to found his own engineering company. He invited his son, Kwanilitso Khonje, who had several years of architectural work experience, to join his team, along with a former apprentice under his tutelage with artisan’s credentials .

Andrew KHONJE
Andrew Khonje holds a Bsc. in Engineering from Texas A&M University , an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Bishop Community State College in Alabama, U.S.A, and a Higher National Diploma from the University of Malawi Polytechnic in Production Engineering. This crossbreed of credentials enable him to tackle engineering obstacles across all facades of the field.

Dr. Eleanor KHONJE
Dr. Eleanor Khonje is an alumni of The University of Texas at Arlington where she completed her bachelor’s degree in Political Science, The Graduate Institute of Geneva where she obtained her master’s degree in Development Studies and the University of Lausanne where she completed her doctorate in Social Sciences.
